In the 1990’s I started my training in Six Sigma, the highly disciplined process which helps us focus on developing and delivering near-perfect products and services. The DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) process for continued improvement is a close-loop process which eliminates unproductive steps, focuses on measurements, and applies technology and best practices for improvement. My achievement several years later of a Six Sigma Black Belt, leaders of teams responsible for measuring, analyzing, improving and controlling key processes to gain customer satisfaction and productivity growth, gave me the tutelage, experience and tools to effectively facilitate various levels of teams and subjects. Couple that with hundreds of Kaizen (continuous improvement) events I have facilitated, led or participated in and the 25+ years of experience in these areas allows me to provide the leadership and direction to your team to transform your business.
Value Stream Mapping, Fishbone Diagrammatic Approach, Pareto Analysis, Target Progress Reporting and the 6 S (Sort, Straighten, Scrub, Standardization, Sustain, Safety) Approach are all activities I can help your team utilize and engage in break through conversations for bottom line results.
