- General Projects
My career has been made up of developing areas to catapult companies to a higher level. Whether it is processes, people, new ventures, sales, new products, manuals, layouts of operational areas, streamlining, relocating facilities, starting up new divisions, or laying out marketing, customer service, sales, employee and product plans. My Six Sigma Black Belt and participating in hundreds of Kaizen Events provides me with the knowledge and tools to run every venture as a project. The highly disciplined process helps me focus on developing and delivering near-perfect outcomes. I learned to look at every initiative as a way to measure how many defects you have in a process, you can systematically figure out how to eliminate them and get as close to zero defects or zero issues in the project as possible. It is how I work and think with any task.
